RKL Tax and A&A Update: Tax Session (Morning)
This session conducted by multiple RKL and RKL Wealth Management experts will focus on the impacts of new tax regulations, including the SECURE Act, the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and the CARES Act. We will explore how these provisions may affect individual and corporate taxpayers on the federal and state level and take stock of the potential impact of the presidential election on planning strategies.

Attendees of this session will:

- Learn how election results may dramatically impact tax planning strategies for individual and corporate taxpayers significantly in the final month of 2020 and over the next four years.

- Understand how to interpret corporate tax updates with a focus on state and local taxes and payroll taxes.

- Be able to recognize key business tax issues that may impact their businesses for year-end planning and the upcoming filing season.

- Understand individual tax updates with a focus on year-end planning and post-election estate planning.

- Understand various planning strategies and considerations related to estate, retirement, investments and taxes.


Earn 3.5 hours in the field of taxation.
