RKL Tax and A&A Update: A&A Session (Afternoon)
It’s imperative that companies understand recently issued and currently proposed accounting standards to avoid potential costly problems with regulatory authorities. This session will focus on the accounting and reporting considerations for loans through the Paycheck Protection Program made available by the CARES Act enacted on March 27, 2020. It will also provide updated information related to the FASB’s ASC 842, Leases, and the potential impact to a company’s financial statements due to COVID-19.

By the end of this update, attendees will:

- Be able to apply accounting guidance to maintain the accuracy of their financial reporting

- Understand how to implement changes in their processes and systems to ensure compliance with applicable guidance


Earn 2 hours in the field of audit and accounting.
